Data Storage

Local Storage

All fasting data resides locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. Your data never leaves your device unless you enable iCloud sync.

iCloud Sync (Optional)

When enabled, your data syncs through Apple's CloudKit service with encryption in transit and at rest. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

Data We Do NOT Collect

FastTempo does not collect:

Personal identification information
Location data
Health or biometric information
Advertising identifiers
Third-party service data

Website Analytics

The FastTempo website uses Google Analytics to understand website traffic and improve the site. Google Analytics may process information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device details, referring pages, outbound clicks, scrolling, and visit timing.

FastTempo does not use Google Analytics for advertising, and the website does not send fasting records, health information, or data stored by the FastTempo app to Google Analytics.

Google processes analytics data under its own terms and privacy policy. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

Device Communication

The Apple WatchConnectivity framework enables direct iPhone-Apple Watch synchronization without passing through our servers.

Notifications

All notifications are processed entirely on-device without external server communication.

Data Retention

Your data remains on your device until you choose to delete your records, remove the app, or remove your iCloud data.

Your Rights

You can access, delete, and export your data at any time through the app settings and your Apple ID settings.

Children's Privacy

FastTempo is not intended for users under 13 years of age.
